Guided Tour of the Vessel Evelyn Maersk at London Gateway
Near Stanford-le-Hope in Essex, trains from Fenchurch Street, London.

An invitation to members of the BKS:
Corporate BKS member David Browne of Maersk Line has kindly arranged a tour of their container ship, the Evelyn Maersk, docked at London Gateway, for a small party of up to 12.
Itinerary
10:00 – arrive at London Gateway, greeted by DP World Commercial and obtain passes. Presentation by DPW, tea & coffee will be provided.
11:00 – port tour
12:00 – board vessel
13:30 – disembark, return to offices
14:00 – depart
The recommended way to get to DP World, London Gateway is by train from Fenchurch Street followed by taxi. The train leaves at 08.35 (platform 3) and arrives 09.31 at Stanford-le-Hope. The taxi will take us to London Gateway in 5 minutes. You can buy an anytime day return ticket for £14.50 from Fenchurch Street Station or online.
For those of you who would like to arrive by car there is parking available.
Transport will be provided around the dock and to the ship.
