Guided Tour of

the Korea Foundation Gallery

at the British Museum

The Korea Foundation Gallery @British Museum

Join an exciting curator-led Korea Foundation Gallery tour at the British Museum. Sang-ah Kim, Curator for the Korean collections at the Museum, will guide us along a journey to explore Korea’s visual and material culture over time. The exploration will feature objects from the Three Kingdoms period to the contemporary and it will include newly displayed objects at the Gallery. The tour will last around 45 minutes.

We will be meeting in Room 67, The Korea Foundation Gallery at 5.45pm and the guided tour will commence at 6pm.

Numbers are limited for the tour. This is a member only event and there is no charge for the guided tour.

Following the tour, we are planning to have an informal meal at a nearby Korean restaurant at one’s own cost.

Please note that the British Museum has a late opening on Fridays until 8.30pm and members are free to visit other parts of the museum before or after the tour.
