BKS members and guests enjoying Korean food at Arang Restaurant
The BKS Seollal dinner was held at Arang Korean Restaurant in Central London on 7th February. 22 BKS members and their guests attended to celebrate Seollal, the Korean Lunar New Year.
We were treated to delicious Korean food – Tteokguk (rice cake soup – the traditional New Year’s dish in Korea), KFC (Korean Fried Chicken), Bulgogi and Bibimbap, just to name a few.
It was a wonderful occasion to gather as a BKS family – some long-standing members and some new members who have just joined the Society – to celebrate the Lunar New Year together as all Korean people would do. As always, a fantastic time was had by all.
We wish all BKS members, supporters and friends a very Happy Lunar New Year, the year of the Blue Dragon!
