Niccolo DurazziNiccolo Durazzi is a PhD candidate in Social Policy at the London School of Economics and Political Science. His research focuses on the institutional arrangements underpinning skill formation in higher education in a comparative perspective, focussing on the relationship between employers and universities across different institutional contexts. The research focuses on the UK, Germany and Korea. The BAKS bursary will be used to carry out fieldwork in Korea, where senior academics and managers in universities as well as representatives of employers associations and policy-makers will be interviewed. Niccolo holds an MSc in European Political Economy from the LSE and an MA and BA degrees in Political Science from the University of Bologna.
